School Attendance
All parents/carers have a duty to ensure their child/children attend school. Children are expected to attend school for every session unless unable to do so because of illness. Leave of absence will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.
PARENTS/CARERS PLEASE NOTE:
The following dates/periods are when consolidation work and assessments are:
- Year 6 formal assessments: week commencing May 11th, 2026:
- Year 4 multiplication check: fortnight commencing 1st June 2026
- Year 1 phonics assessment will take place during the week beginning June 8th, 2026.
Holiday absences during consolidation and assessment periods will not be granted as authorised absence except in very exceptional circumstances.
