Welcome back!

Our exciting topic for this term is Megastructures.

The children will explore and research different megastructures from around the world.

Eiffel Tower, Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Colosseum to name a few!

In our English lessons, we will be looking at how to write a persuasive text – persuading others to visit one of the megastructures.

During Maths lessons, we will focus on Place Value and Addition and Subtraction.

The children will learn the name of the continents and oceans and locate them on a map of the world.

On a Tuesday afternoon, the children will need their outdoor clothes and wellies as we are joining with Year 1 and spending the afternoon in the Environmental Area.

P.E will take place on Monday and Friday afternoon. Dance on a Monday afternoon will be led by an Inspire+ coach.
