In Music, the children will be listening to various exerts from Holst's 'The Planet Suite' before composing their own pieces.
In DT, the children will be designing and making rockets, and learning about space food.
In RE, the children will be discovering all about the Creation Stories in the different religions.
PE will be on Wednesdays this half term; the children will be following NASA's astronaut training programme. Please ensure your child has the appropriate clothing for indoor and outdoor lessons.
Please follow the link below to send your child's name to the sun! NASA's Parker Solar Probe will swoop to within 4 million miles of the sun's surface, facing heat and radiation like no spacecraft before it. Launching in 2018, Parker Solar Probe will provide new data on solar activity and make critical contributions to our ability to forecast major space-weather events that impact life on Earth.
